Yihexing specializes in producing high-temperature ovens that meet various special applications. The high-temperature ceramic professional oven is mainly used for catalyst ceramic carrier calcination, fiber material sintering, and drying of ceramic plug-in devices. It is suitable for annealing, heat treatment, stress relief treatment, adhesive sintering, ceramic baking, and many other high-temperature processes.

Structural features: The exterior is processed and formed using 1.5mm thick cold plates, while the interior material is made of high-quality stainless steel plates. The skeleton is welded with channel steel and angle steel to maintain the load-bearing strength of each surface of the box, achieving long service life, durability, and sturdiness. Surface grinding, polishing, high-temperature spray treatment, rust prevention, and corrosion resistance.

Heating device: Made of stainless steel U-shaped heating tube, with a continuous service life of over 50000-60000 hours.

Exhaust system: equipped with intake and exhaust ports to facilitate the discharge of turbid gases from the box. The air inlet is equipped with an air filter, and the air outlet is equipped with an airflow regulating valve that can adjust the ventilation volume at any time.

Temperature control device: It adopts microcomputer PID control and has PID self-tuning function, ensuring that the equipment can achieve temperature control accuracy in any working state, and the operation is convenient and simple.

Overtemperature protection device: When the temperature exceeds the set value of the overtemperature protection thermostat, the electromagnetic valve will be automatically cut off, and the second level of protection will be implemented for the overtemperature inside the box. When an alarm occurs, heating will be stopped to protect the host and reduce potential safety hazards.

Timer device: oven specific timer range from 0 seconds to 99.99 hours, can be used for startup timing, constant temperature timing, and automatic alarm at the end of timing. The unit can be switched to hours, minutes, or seconds at will.

Overtemperature alarm: When the actual detected temperature exceeds the set value of the overtemperature protection device, the heating power supply is automatically cut off, providing dual protection function.
